The product can be found using the search engine located at the top of the store, just enter the phrase or product code you are interested in. The second way is to search through the menu bar and navigate through categories.
To place an order, add products to your cart, then select your preferred payment method and delivery method. Fill in your basic address details and confirm the purchase form.
The order status is visible in the order history for registered customers. In addition, customers receive automatically generated emails informing about the statuses: confirmation of order acceptance, acceptance of the order for execution, sending the order. The last email also contains information about the bill of lading number.
Complaints and Delivery

Shipping costs depend on the payment method and the type of shipment selected. You will find the exact shipping price of the goods in the basket after adding products and choosing the form of delivery.
How long does delivery take?
We estimate the waiting time for the shipment according to the delivery report. The shipment of the package usually takes place within 3-7 days from the moment of placing the order. Detailed shipping times for individual products are available on the product card and in the basket.
Registration
How to register in the online store?
To register in the store, click the "Register" section. In the next step, you must provide all the required data. After clicking the "Register account" button, an email with an activation link will be sent. After clicking the link, you can make purchases in the store.
Is it necessary to have a login and password to make purchases?
No, having a login and password is not necessary.
You can make purchases without registration. However, this option does not allow you to check your order history. For subsequent orders, you must fill in the delivery details again. You also cannot use any promotions for regular customers.
What should I do if I forgot my password?
If you forget your password, click on "Forgot Password" and enter your email address that you used during registration. A new password will be sent to the address you provided.
Can I change or supplement the address details I provided during the registration process?
You can make changes to your address details, simply go to the "edit data" section after logging in.
