Return Policy

We strive to provide the best customer satisfaction possible.

We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items.

Tools, repair manuals, and some electrical items are not eligible for return.

LUXURY ORIGINAL PARTS OÜ will charge a 15% restocking fee and freight paid is non refundable.

Items that are not in original packaging, used, or missing parts or hardware will not be eligible for return.

Within 14 days of receipt, you may return products that:

Are unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
The same item that was sent out.
Include all original parts and hardware.
Are in the original packaging.
Are not special orders

Once we have received your return and inspected the item, a refund will be issued.

NOTE: Please do not affix labels, write on, or damage manufacturer packaging for return. Please double box in a separate box for returns.

We will not refund any labor costs incurred by you or the installer of the products purchased at this website. All returns must be authorized and nothing will be refunded without prior notification to LUXURY ORIGINAL PARTS OÜ. After the 14-day return period we are happy to offer a 1 year manufacturer defect warranty for one time replacement.

Again, all items MUST have the original packaging and be unmodified to qualify for return or warranty.

If we have the item in stock we will switch the item out and send the new replacement item the same business day as received (some cases next business day if after shipping cutoff time).
If the item is out of stock or no longer available, we will offer a full refund.
